CHARITY THROUGH SHARITY. A Glimpse of Sts. perpetua and Felicity and St. Dominic charity work
The SCC held a charity work event in conjunction with St.Perpetua and Felicity.It took place on the 26th of October at Ebenezer Children’s Home in Mwihoko.The number of children in the home was approximately 35. There were both boys and girls. 60 members from St.Dominic attended the event. and 40 members from St.Perpetua and Felicity.
The journey began off at around 8:00 am. we had to hire 3 buses. upon arrival, we began the planned activities. Good relationships were developed between the children and the SCC members. The interactions were also good and the children were free with the members. The children also responded warmly to the members companionship. The carers of the home were also well receptive and welcomed us warmly.
