LEADERSHIP TRAINING 2023
On September 23, 2023, our chaplaincy welcomed and empowered new leaders for the upcoming year. Under the guidance of Father Cosmas Mwova, the day was a celebration of growth, unity, and leadership.
We began with a Holy Mass, celebrated by our cherished Chaplain, Fr. Boniface Kariuki. This spiritual foundation set the tone for the day.
Father Cosmas led two sessions, focusing on conflict resolution and servant leadership, equipping our new leaders with essential skills and insights.
The day culminated in a team-building activity, filled with laughter and camaraderie as our new leaders forged connections that will last throughout their term.
We extend our gratitude to Father Cosmas and Chaplain Fr. Boniface Kariuki for their unwavering support. This year’s leadership induction was a resounding success, and we look forward to a year of service, growth, and unity.
